Tallahassee Takes a StandSubmitted by tnjp on August 30, 2007 - 3:37am.
It was a very spirited and vocal demonstration of the public disgust with the ongoing slaughter in Iraq. Car horns were blaring in approval of the action almost non-stop for two hours. Totally great event
I was so nice to see a bunch of new faces (surely old activists). There were a bunch of differenct groups and ideas. Carol did an awesome job organizing. Cactus Pat and Mary brought a table which really pulled everyone together to sign up a chat. Dave and I are so glad to have such a great group to protest this stupid ass war with. Peace
